recommendation in the attached letter from the Mayor and appoint Amy Carmen a member of the
Board Re-Appointment Recommendation: Accessibility and Disability Commission.

Listed below is my recommendation for the membership re-appointment for the Board
Appointment Recommendation: Acessibility and Disability Commission.
Amy Carmen be appointed for a two year term starting from date of City Council advice and
consent and ending on Monday, December 28, 2026.
