1. Appeal of a COA Denial at Approximately 722 S 700 E - Tierney Syndergaard, the property
owner, is appealing the denial of a certificate of appropriateness that would retroactively
approve the replacement of windows in four openings, replacement of a stone/concrete cap
on the front entry porch, and paint on previously unpainted brick on the property at the above-
stated address. The address falls within the Central City Local Historic District, thus subject
to the standards of the H (Historic Preservation) Overlay. The property is located within

Any person adversely affected by any decision of the Appeals Hearing Officer may, within thirty
