To submit evidence regarding an item on the agenda, please email the staff contact listed for that
item or planning.comments@slc.gov prior to 5:00 PM the day before the hearing is scheduled.
A public hearing will not be held for the following items:
1. Variance Request at Approximately 1363 S 1300 E- Richard Holm, the property owner, is
requesting a variance from 21A.48.080.B.4, which prohibits the installation of artificial turf in

the order of agenda items as deemed necessary. Please contact the Staff for information or visit the

prior to the meeting.
