To submit evidence regarding an item on the agenda, please email the staff contact listed for that item or planning.comments@slc.gov prior to 5:00 PM the day before the hearing is scheduled. A public hearing will not be held for the following items:
1. Continuance Variance Request at Approximately 871 W 400 N - Tim Fotu, the property owner, is requesting a Variance from Ordinance 21A.24.060.E which establishes the minimum corner side yard setback to construct a single-family residential home on a narrow lot. He is also requesting a variance from 21A.24.060.F which establishes that the surface coverage of all principal and accessory buildings shall not exceed forty percent (40%) of the lot area.
