1. POSTPONED - Appeal of Administrative Design Review Approval for the West End
Apartments at Approximately 730 W 900 S – Su Menu, President of the Summum church,
is appealing the approval of an Administrative Design Review, case number PLNPCM2024-
01450, for the West End apartments at the above-stated address. The property is in the
Residential Mixed Use (RMU) Zone. The property is located within District 2, represented by
