WITHDRAWN - Appeal of Administrative Design Review Approval for the West End Apartments at Approximately 730 W 900 S – Tanner J. Bean, representing the Summum church, is appealing the approval of an Administrative Design Review, case number PLNPCM2024-01450, for the West End apartments at the above-stated address. The property is in the Residential Mixed Use (RMU) Zone. The property is located within District 2, represented by Alejandro Puy. Appeal of a COA Denial at Approximately 610 E South Temple - Justin Baer, representing property owners Sarah McCarthey and Philip McCarthey, is appealing an Administrative Decision denying a request to retroactively approve a 6’ tall fence in the front yard of the property at the above-stated address. The property is a landmark site, within the South Temple Local Historic District, and is subject to the standards of the H (Historic Preservation) Overlay. The property is located within Council District 4, represented by Eva Lopez Chavez.
