1. Appeal of a COA Denial at Approximately 610 E South Temple - Justin Baer, representing property owners Sarah McCarthey and Philip McCarthey, is appealing an Administrative
Decision denying a request to retroactively approve a 6’ tall fence in the front yard of the property at the above-stated address. The property is a landmark site, within the South Temple Local Historic District, and is subject to the standards of the H (Historic Preservation) Overlay. The property is located within Council District 4, represented by Eva Lopez Chavez.
