Appeal of a Building Permit at Approximately 1072 S Bonneville Dr – Peter Fillmore, on behalf of Oak Hill Gardens Condominium Association, is appealing the issuance of building permit BLD2024-07923 for the above-stated address. The scope of work for the permit included a sport court, patio, stairs, and a wall to separate the upper and the lower yard. The subject property is located in the R-1/12,000 (Single-family Residential) District, within Council District 6, represented by Dan Dugan. Appeal of an Administrative Interpretation at Approximately 613 E 3rd Ave - David DeVecchio, property owner, is appealing an Administrative Interpretation (PLNZAD2025- 00767) for a non-conforming use at the above-stated address. The Administrative Interpreation is concerning a short-term rental use. The subject property is located in the SR- 1A (Special Development Pattern Residential) District, is located within Council District 3, represented by Chris Wharton. Variance Request for Fence Height at Approximately 852 S West Temple - Eve Silver, the property owner, is requesting a Variance from 21A.40.120.E.1 to retain an existing 6-foot- tall fence in the area of the property between the primary façade of the structure and the front property line, for property at the above-listed address. Standard 21A.40.120.E.1 limits fence height in the applicable zone to 4 feet in height when located between the primary façade of the principal structure and the front property line. The property is in the Mixed Use 5 (MU-5) zoning district, and is located within Council District 5, represented by Darin Mano.
