NOTICE OF 2026 ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE
Public Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Annual Meeting Schedule of the Bicycle Advisory
Committee of Salt Lake City, Utah, shall be as follows:
February 9" @ 5:00 p.m.
March 161" @ 5:00 p.m.
April 131" @ 4:00 p.m. (Joint meeting with the Transportation Advisory Board)
May 18" @ 5:00 P.M.
June 81" @ 5:00 p.m. (Joint meeting with the Transportation Advisory Board)
July - No meeting, summer break
This notice will be updated once the August - December meeting dates have been determined.
The Meetings are currently being held in a hybrid format. Participants may join electronically or
in person, at Plaza 349, 349 South 200 East, Suite 150, Salt Lake City, Utah.
All meetings of the Bicycle Advisory Committee are open to the public unless closed pursuant to
Sections 52-4-204, 52-4-205, 52-4-206 and 7813-1-137, Utah Code Annotated. Notice of each BAC
meeting is given at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting as required by State law. An agenda
of each meeting is posted at:
• State of Utah Public Notice website www.utah.gov/pmn/index.htmi
Meetings may be held or canceled as circumstances may require, subject to applicable public
notice requirements.
Notice:
• People with disabilities may make requests for reasonable accommodations at least three
working days before a meeting by calling Amy Lyons at 801-535-6630. Accommodations
may include alternate formats, interpreters, and other auxiliary aids.
• Plaza 349 is an accessible facility with an entrance located on the 1st parking level on the
east side of the building.
• In accordance with State statute, City ordinance and BAC policy, meetings may be held
electronically or when in person, one or more Board Members may be connected via
speakerphone.
