meeting and 12:00 PM on the day of the meeting.
Note: Comments and materials received after the deadlines may not be reviewed prior to
the meeting but will be added to the official record. Emails received will not be read aloud

1. Approval of the Minutes for April 8, 2026

2. Alley Vacation at Approximately 2553 S Chadwick St – Anne and Zach Taylor, the applicants, are requesting approval to vacate (or to give up public ownership of) two
portions of public alleyways. The first is approximately 12' x 262' for the portion
running from Chadwick Street to Dearborn Street, and the second is approximately 12' x
51' for the portion running along the east property line of the applicant's property. If
approved, these sections of the two alleys would be divided and allocated to the
property owners abutting the vacated portions of the alleyways. This property is

3. Rezone at Approximately 2620 N 2200 W, 2075 W 2670 N, and 2025 W 2670 N - Dustin
Kuttler, representing the property owner, is seeking to amend the zoning map for the
properties from the AG-2 (Agricultural) District to the M-1A (Northpoint Light Industrial) Zoning District. The property at 2620 N 2200 W currently features a single-family house at the front and agricultural uses at the back. The properties at 2075 W
2670 N and 2025 W 2670 N are currently irrigated pastureland. No applications to
develop the affected properties have been submitted at this time. The properties at
2075 and 2025 W 2670 N are intended to accommodate future light industrial uses,
while the current house at 2620 N 2200 W is intended to be removed to provide drive
access to the future development from 2200 W. The properties are located within
