Founded in 2007, S&S produces Kilby
Block Party, Best Friends Forever, "
Ogden Twilight, and the Twilight
Concert Series.
S&S owns and operates local venues
Kilby Court, Urban Lounge, and
Metro Music Hall.We also produc
events at Soundwell, The Complex,
The De of The Union and Saltair.
We hosted just under 1 ,000 event 4
in our city in 2025.

Our company focus is to create meaningful experiences
for artists and fans.We aim to provide SLC with access
HARITY to life-changing live music opportunities, as well as giving
artists hospitable and professional experiences.
PARTNERFor musicians and performers, we host several hundred
local events every year, as well as frequently connect
IlOu local musicians with nationally touring artists.
We partner with the local non-profit Spyhop for monthly
events at our venue Kilby Court, as well as offering a
youth media training program at both Twilight Concert
-; '- Series and Kilby Block Party.
Proceeds from our festival Kilby Block Party also go to
benefit Equality Utah, Spyhop, and HEAL Utah.

Our goal with The Twilight Concert
�-= - Series is to produce an affordable and
�Y diverse concert series that is an asset
to the people of Salt Lake City.
We use our history and reputation
with Artist Agencies to negotiate
reasonable fees for quality artists.
S&S also hires locally. Each Twilight
show provides work for
approximately 50-60 Utah-based
individuals for every event.
