1. Conditional Use for Kennel Use at Approximately 505 W 500 S – Allen Glenn and
Kimberly Jorgensen, on behalf of The Perfect Wag, are requesting Conditional Use
approval for a Conditional Use permit for a kennel use at the above-listed property.
Currently, the land is occupied by a vacant building. The subject property is located in
the MU-11 (Mixed-Use 11) Zoning District and is within Council District 2, represented
