General Plan Amendment – PLNPCM2026-00008 Action: A recommendation to approve 140 B Street and deny 272 E 3rd Ave was forwarded to City Council SALT LAKE CITY | PLANNING COMMISSION 2 3. Zoning Text Amendment for Maximum Daily Water Use – PLNPCM2026-00274 Action: A recommendation to approve was forwarded to City Council 4.
