SUBJECT: Discussion of Rules and Regulations for Conduct of the Airport
Advisory Board
J.T. Martin, Airport Advisory Board Chair, will initiate the discussion regarding the
following City ordinance:
2.14.120 Powers And Duties:
Subject to the provisions of section 2.14.130 of this chapter, the board shall have the
following powers and duties:
A. The power to determine and establish such rules and regulations for the conduct of
the board as the board members shall deem advisable. Such rules and regulations
shall not be in conflict with this chapter or other applicable city, state or federal law;
