The motion was made by Larry Pinnock and seconded by Igor Best-Devereux to approve the
minutes of 21 May 2014 as presented. All votes were affirmative; motion passed.
B. TRP Project Review
Mike Williams, TRP Program Director, presented to the Board an update on the SLC Terminal
Redevelopment Program (presentation on file).
The presentation included:
o Program Management Team
o Master Architect - HOK
o Construction Manager-at-risk - Preconstruction
o Construction Manager-at-risk – Construction
o Trade Contractor Procurement
o Test Pile Program
o Construction Field Offices
o Program Summary Schedule
o Overall Budget and CGMP Plan
C. Preliminary Construction
Mike Williams, TRP Program Director, presented to the Board a preliminary construction
overview (presentation on file).
The presentation included:
o Overall Building Construction & Paving Sequencing
o Overall Site and Parking Plan
o Landside Phasing
o Rental Car Access Routing
o Signage Plan
o Utility Plan
o Utility Capture and Construction Sequence
o Utility Parking and Capture Area
D. Landside Design (Rental Car facilities and Parking Garage)
Alan Bright, FAIA, LEED AP BD+C, Design Principal, for HOK San Francisco, will present an
update on the landside design for the rental car facilities and the parking garage (presentation on
file).
