I I I I !1 11 1 1 �11 ! III Page 111 7/27/2016 (1) Deicing Pad 34R - Punch list items and warranty work will begin in August 2016. (2) Deicing Pad R/W 16L - Taxiway H12 is now closed to allow the Contractor to continue with Phase 33 construction of the deicing pad. The Contractor has completed demolition of the existing concrete and is now placing granular fill, installing the balance of the storm drain lines, installina ducibank and electrical hand holes. (3) RebuildPumpHouse 6 - Substantial completion for this project was issued on July 11, 2016. The Contractor is currently working on punch list items. (4) Taxiway S Pavement Rehabilitation - The Contractor has completed excavating and placing underdrain along the north and South edges of C, the full strength pavement. Electrical demolition and placement of new 4" — 6 way concrete encased duct bank crossing the taxiway has been completed. Paving is nearing completion with an anticipated substantial completion date of August. 2016. (5) Asphalt Overlay Program Phase 10 - Substantial completion for this project was issued to the Contractor on June 9, 2016. All punch list items have been completed. (6) Runway 17-35 and Taxiways P & R Pavement Rehabilitation - The Contractor, Staker Parsons Company was issued an administrative notice to proceed on July 5. 2016 to begin the badging and submittal process by SLCDA. The anticipated start date for this project is August 1, 2016. (7) Runway 34L & 34R Glycol Diversion Valves - The Contractor, VanCon, Inc. was issued a notice to proceed on July 5. 2016. Mobilization is currently taking place and construction will begin on July 28, 2016. (8) Replace Boiler No. 4 - This project is substantially complete. The Contractor is working on the controls and waiting fior inspection of the boilers by the State of Utah. (9) Roof Replacements (Terminal Area) - This Contractor, Co west, Inc. is currently mobilizing to begin the roof replacements. Roofing material has been ordered and construction is anticipated to begin the first week of August 2016. (10) Airport Operations Center - The Contractor is continuing with the demolition for the project. Footings and foundations on the South side of the building have been placed. Rough -in plumbing, electrical and mechanical work is on -going.
