Re: Exhibit A of the Public Safety Building Zoning Ordinance
Ordinance l(o of 2011 that amended the zoning district of property related to the
Public Safety Building project included an Exhibit A wherein the boundary line
between the TC-75 zoning district and the PL-2 zoning district was incorrectly
placed. The zoning district boundary should have been shown,as it was on other
maps used throughout the process,at a distance of approximately 192.5 feet from
the 400 South southern right-of-way line. This location coincides with the southern
lot line of Lot 2 that was depicted on the preliminary subdivision plat being
processed at the same time. The intent was always to have the zoning district
boundary coincide with the lot lines.
The properties involved at the time of this memo are all owned by Salt Lake City
Corporation so no other parties are affected.
A corrected"Exhibit A"was provided to you prior to publishing of the ordinance and
is to be considered the correct boundary between the TC-75 and PL-2 zoning
districts.
