WHEREAS, Petition No. 400-94-16 was filed with the City by Sugarhouse Partnership, requesting the City to allow the vacation of portions of Union Heights Subdivision; and WHEREAS, one hundred percent of the owners of the property within and adjacent to the subdivision have not consented to the vacation; and WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing after giving the required notices and has reviewed the vacation which has been previously preliminarily approved by the Planning Commission on March 17, 1994; and WHEREAS, good cause exists for the vacation of portions of the plat and the City Council finds neither the public nor any person will be materially injured by the proposed vacation; NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1.
