AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE EXPIRATION DATE OF BILL NO. 4 OF
1986, RELATING TO THE CLOSURE OF PUBLIC ALLEYS AND AN EASEMENT
LOCATED IN BLOCK 179, PLAT "D11 AND BLOCKS 179 THROUGH 186, PLAT
I'D" , SALT LAKE CITY SURVEY.
RECITALS
1. Bill No. 4 of 1986 passed January 14, 1986, provided for
the conditional closure of certain alleys and an easement located
in Block 179, Plat "D" and Blocks 179 through 186, Plat "W', Salt
Lake City Survey. Conditions subsequent were required to be
completed before an expiration date of January 14, 1987.
2. The petitioner, Intermountain Health Care, has requested
a six month extension of the expiration date, which the Council
finds is not unreasonable, to allow campliance.
THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake CP
City, Utah:

SECTION 1 . That the expiration date before which all
conditions must be satisfied as contained in Bill No. 4 of 1986 rQ

is hereby extended to July 15, 1987.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective as of the
date of its first publication.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 13th day of January , 1987•
