WHEREAS, the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, finds 6 after public hearing that the City's interest in the public I11 streets described below is not necessary for use by the public as streets, and that closure of said streets will not be adverse to (d the general public's interest nor divest the City of title to the property without subsequent documents of transfer. That the portion of Hubbard Avenue near 367 East 0 J Avenue, which are the subject of Petition No. 400-95-93 and which are more particularly described below, be, and the same hereby are, CLOSED and declared no longer to be needed or available for use as public streets, with the title remaining with the City until subsequent sale for market value. Said streets are more particularly described as follows: Area along 400 East to be vacated: Beginning 33.00 feet West and 320.10 feet South of the Northeast Corner Lot 11, Block 20, Five Acre Plat "A", Big Field Survey, and running thence North 89°56' 39 " East 1.25 feet; thence South 00°02' 18 " East 44.00 feet; thence South 89°56'39" West 1.25 feet; thence North 00°02'18" West 44.00 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 0.0013 acres (55 sq ft).
