036 of 1987 - Extending the expiration date of Bill NO. 42 of 1986 } 0 87-1 [-APPROVED FOR P 84-11 f)R N TING SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE s No. 36 of 1987 RRD 'S OFFICE (Extending the expiration date of Bill No. 42 of 1986) AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE EXPIRATION DATE OF BILL NO. 42 OF 1986, RELATING TO THE CLOSURE OF CARSON STREET COMMENCING AT 400 SOUTH AND 146 FEET WEST OF MAIN STREET, SALT LAKE CITY. RECITALS 1. Bill No. 42 of 1986 passed May 20, 1986, provided for the conditional closure of Carson Street commencing at 400 South and 146 feet west of Main street, Salt Lake City. Conditions subsequent were required to be completed before an expiration date of July 1, 1987. 2. The petitioner has requested an extension of the expiration date to November 30, 1987,which the Council finds is not unreasonable, to allow compliance. THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City,Utah: SECTION 1. That the expiration date before which all conditions must be satisfied as contained in Bill No. 42 of 1986 is hereby extended to November 30, 1987. SECTION 2.
