038 of 2005 - Pertaining to zoning fees 0 05-1 0 05-12 SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE No. 38 of 2005 (Amending Zoning Fees) AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21A.64, SALT LAKE CITY CODE, PERTAINING TO ZONING FEES. WHEREAS, the Salt Lake City Code contains a fee schedule relating to zoning fees; and WHEREAS, the City Council now desires to amend said fee schedule; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed amendments are in the best interest of the City. NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1.
