044 of 2012 - Amending the Consolidated Fee Schedule; Fiscal Year 2012-0213 0 12-1 0 11-9 SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE No. 44 of 2012 (Amending the Salt Lake City Consolidated Fee Schedule to Modify Various Fees) AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SALT LAKE CITY CONSOLIDATED FEE SCHEDULE TO MODIFY VARIOUS FEES INCLUDED TI-IEREIN. WHEREAS, on May 17, 2011 the City Council adopted Ordinances 2011-23, 2011-24 and 2011-25 to authorize and create the Salt Lake City Consolidated Fee Schedule; and WHEREAS, the Salt Lake City Consolidated Fee Schedule has since been amended from time to time; and WHEREAS, it is now proposed that the Salt Lake City Consolidated Fee Schedule be amended to include or otherwise modify various fees as shown in the attached Exhibit "A"; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds (i) the fees set forth in Exhibit"A" are necessary, reasonable, and equitable in relation to regulatory and service costs incurred by the City; and (ii) adoption of this ordinance reasonably furthers the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of Salt Lake City. NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. The Salt Lake City Consolidated Fee Schedule shall be, and hereby is, amended, in pertinent part, to reflect the fees set forth in the attached Exhibit "A". SECTION 2. The official copy of the Salt Lake City Consolidated Fee Schedule shall be revised, in pertinent part, to reflect the fees set forth in the attached Exhibit "A" and a copy thereof shall be published on the official Salt Lake City website.
