044 of 2015 - Consolidated Fee Schedule Amendments 0 15-1 0 11-9 SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE No.of 44 2015 (Amendments to the Salt Lake City Consolidated Fee Schedule) An ordinance amending various fees set forth in the Salt Lake City Consolidated Fee Schedule. WHEREAS,on May 17.2011 the City Council adopted Ordinances 201 1-23,2011-24 and 2011-25 to authorize and create the Salt Lake City consolidated fee schedule;and WHEREAS,the Salt Lake City consolidated fee schedule has since been amended from time to time;and WHEREAS,it is now proposed that the Salt Lake City consolidated fee schedule be amended to include,eliminate,or otherwise modify various fees and corresponding fee information as shown in the attached Exhibit"A";and WHEREAS,the Salt Lake City Council finds the proposed amendment reasonably furthers the health,safety,and general welfare of the citizens of Salt Lake City. NOW,THEREPORE,be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City,Utah: SECTION 1.That the Salt Lakc City Consolidated Fee Schedule shall be,and hereby is, amended in pertinent part as set forth in the attached Exhibit"A"and that a copy thereof shall be published on the official Salt Lake City website.
