051 of 2014 - Golf Fee Increases; amending the Consolidated Fee Schedule 0 14-1 0 11-9 SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE No. of 51 2014 (Golf fee increases on the Salt Lake City Consolidated Fee Schedule) An ordinance amending the Salt Lake City Consolidated Fee Schedule to increase certain golf fees. WHEREAS, the Salt Lake City Consolidated Fee Schedule is proposed to be amended in order to increase certain golf fees as shown in the attached Exhibit"A"; and WHEREAS, the Salt Lake City Council finds (i) the fees set forth in Exhibit "A" are necessary, reasonable, and equitable in relation to the costs incurred by the City; and (ii) adoption of this ordinance reasonably furthers the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of Salt Lake City. NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That the Salt Lake City Consolidated Fee Schedule shall be, and hereby is amended, in pertinent part, to reflect the increased golf fees set forth in the attached Exhibit"A." SECTION 2. That the official copy of the Salt Lake City Consolidated Fee Schedule shall be revised to include the increased golf fees set forth in the attached Exhibit "A" and a copy of thereof shall be published on the official Salt Lake City website.
