SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE
No. 55 of 1982
(Boundaries of Liquor License Districts)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 19-2-19 OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, 1965, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
FIXING THE BOUNDARIES OF LIQUOR LICENSE DISTRICTS, BE, AND THE
SAME HEREBY IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That City Map No. 19372 is hereby amended to
reflect the current City boundaries and the current A, B, and C
Districts, together with all major streets, as indicated on said
map which is on file with the office of the City Recorder,
including the following-described parcel of real property which
shall be classified as an A District:
BEGINNING at a point on the centerline of a 20 foot
wide right of way for the Jordan and Salt Lake Canal, �L2
which point is also located on the West boundary line
of the Crow-Wallace Venture property as described in
Warranty Deed recorded February 8, 1979, as Entry No.
3234877, in Book 4811, at Page 1319 of the Official
Records, said point also being more particularly
described as South 1294.68 feet and South 89*47110"
West 774.16 feet from the East quarter corner of
Section 29, Township 1 South, Range 1 East, Salt Lake
Base and Meridian; and running thence North 19'23'50"
West along the West boundary line of said Crow-
Wallace Venture property 76.86 feet; thence North
26*34123" West 14.29 feet to a point 0.25 feet, more
or less, Westerly from an existing concrete fence;
thence North 2*10120" West parallel to said fence
62.92 feet to a point 1.50 feet East of the West
right of way line of the said Jordan and Salt Lake
Canal; thence North 0*12150" West parallel to said
fence and said West right of way line 259.47 feet;
thence North 22*30127" East 36.20 feet; thence North
2*20100" East 234.21 feet to the South boundary line
of the Brickyard Road; thence North 88*00' West
127.51 feet along said Road to a point of a 696.80
foot radius curve to the right; thence Northwesterly
273.63 feet along the arc of said curve to a point of
a compound curve to the right, the radius point of
which is North 34*30' East 800.00 feet; thence
Northwesterly 328.12 feet along the arc of said
curve; thence North 42*00" West 263.60 feet to a
point of a 240.00 foot radius curve to the left;
thence Westerly 565.49 feet along the arc of said
curve to a point on a compound curve to the left the
radius point of which is South 87*00' East 450.00
feet thence Southerly 272.18 feet along the arc of
said curve; thence South 31°39' 11" East 177.14 feet
to a point of a 320.00 foot radius curve to the
right; thence Southerly 177.14 feet along the arc of
said curve; thence South 0*08146" West 33.82 feet,
more or less, to the North boundary line of Lot 2,
Block 27, Ten Acre Plat "A", Big Field Survey; thence
West along the North line of said Lot 2, 41.59 feet,
more or less, to the Northwest corner of said Lot 2;
thence South 0*01 ' West 211.82 feet to the South-
westerly boundary line of Lower Cottonwood Canal;
thence South 54°34' East along said Southwesterly
boundary line 46.64 feet; thence South 50*23' East
118.65 feet; thence South 64*51 ' East 76.84 feet;
thence South 56*54' East 57.96 feet; thence South 42°
East 72.06 feet, more or less, to the Northwest
corner of the H.B. Cahoon Investment Company
property, as described in Warranty Deed recorded
March 31, 1970, in Book 2842, at Page 361 of the
Official Records; thence North 47*09' East 18.66
feet; thence South 54*53140" East 93.56 feet; thence
South 60°17'40" East 91.20 feet; thence North
55*59158" East 16.454 feet to the center of a vacated
right of way; thence North 34°00'02" West along said
center 80.266 feet; thence North 89*47110" East

feet; thence North 89*47110" East 66 feet to the West
boundary line of Lot 1, Block 27, Ten Acre Plat "A",
Big Field Survey; thence North 0`08151" East 47.00

or less, to the Northeast corner of the Taylor
Enterpises property, as described in Warranty Deed
recorded December 31, 1976, as Entry No. 2893684, in
Book 4433, at Page 675 of the Official Records;
thence along the East boundary line of said Taylor
Enterprises property South 0*08151" West 83.50 feet;
thence North 89°47'10" East 211 .04 feet, more or
less, to the point of BEGINNING.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
