060 of 1991 - Amend Code 6.12.040 Hours of Operation0 91-1 0 91-31 SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE No. 60 of 1991 (Hours of Operation) AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6.12.040, SALT LAKE CITY CODE, 1988, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO HOURS OF OPERATION. NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Section 6.12.040, Salt Lake City Code, 1988, as amended, be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows: 6.12.040 Hours of operation. It is unlawful and shall constitute an offense of strict liability for any licensee or any employee thereof to sell, dispose, give away or deliver beer, or permit the consumption thereof on the licensed premises between the hours of one a.m. and 10:00 a.m. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall become effective on the date of its first publication. Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, this 16th day of ATTEST: C/71 July , 1991.
