AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 21.14.020 OF THE SALT LAKE
CITY CODE RELATING TO ZONING AND FIXING OF BOUNDARIES OF USE
DISTRICTS PURSUANT TO PETITION NO. 400-93-26.
WHEREAS, in response to the rezoning petition initiated by
Zions Securities, No. 400-93-26, the City Council of Salt Lake
City, Utah has held public hearings before its own body and
before the Planning Commission, and has taken into consideration
citizen testimony, filing and demographic details of the area and
the Master Plan as part of its deliberation. Pursuant to these
deliberations, the Council has concluded that the proposed change
of zoning for the property located at 158 North Main is
appropriate for the development of the community in that area;
and
THEREFORE, the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah hereby
adopts the following amendments to the Use District provisions of
Title 21.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City. Utah:
SECTION 1. That the Use District Map, as adopted by Section
21.14.020 of the Salt Lake City Code, relating to the fixing of
boundaries of Use Districts, be, and the same hereby is, AMENDED
to read as follows:

Adopted.
That the following -described parcel of real property in Salt
Lake City, Utah presently zoned Residential "R-5" is hereby
rezoned Residential "R-6" and the Use District Map is amended
accordingly:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 4, Block 93,
Plat "A", Salt Lake City Survey, and on the east boundary
of Main Street, said point being north 0°02'13" west
along the Main Street Monument line 548.75 feet and north
89°58'50" east 69.09 feet from a Salt Lake City brass cap
monument at the intersection of Main Street and North
Temple Street and running thence north 0°02'13" west
along said east boundary line 16.50 feet; thence north
89°58'50" east 269.00 feet; thence south 0°02'13" east
8.25 feet; thence north 89°58'50" east 12.33 feet; thence
south 0°02'13" east 70.25 feet; thence north 89°58'50"
east 48.67 feet; thence south 0°02'13" east 127.75 feet;
