pursuant to Petition No. 400-872-90)
AN ORDINANCE CLOSING A PORTION OF THE INTERSECTION OF AMANDA
AVENUE AND SUNNYSIDE AVENUE, PURSUANT TO PETITION NO. 400-872-90.
WHEREAS, the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, finds
after public hearing that the City's interest in the public
street intersection described below is not necessary for use by
the public as a street intersection and that closure of said
street intersection will not be adverse to the general public's
interest nor divest the City of title to the property without
subsequent documents of transfer.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
"SECTION 1. That a portion of the intersection of Amanda
Avenue and Sunnyside Avenue, which is the subject of Petition No.
400-872-90 and which is more particularly described below, be,
and the same hereby is, CLOSED and declared no longer to be
needed or available for use as a public street intersection, with
the title remaining with the City until subsequent sale for
market value:
Said street intersection is more particularly described as
follows:

Beginning at the point of intersection of the centerline
of Amanda Avenue and the south right-of-way line of
