AN ORDINANCE REZONING TWO PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 1796
AND 1820 NORTH REDWOOD ROAD FROM OPEN SPACE (OS) TO
RESIDENTIAL (R-1-7000) PURSUANT TO PETITION NO. 400-96-42.
WHEREAS, the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah,
finds after public hearing that the properties identified
below were rezoned incorrectly by the Planning Division as
open space; and
WHEREAS, the Northwest Community Master Plan supports
residential development and the plan has been or will be
amended to support the residential zoning of these
properties;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of
Salt Lake City. Utah:
SECTION 1. That the properties located at 1796 and
1820 North Redwood Road, which are the subject of Petition
No. 400-96-42, and which are more particularly described
No. 400-96-42, and which are more particularly described
below, shall be and hereby are rezoned from Open Space (OS)
to Residential (R-1-7000). This real property is more
particularly described as follows:
