WHEREAS, the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, finds after public hearing that the properties identified below were rezoned incorrectly by the Planning Division as open space; and WHEREAS, the Northwest Community Master Plan supports residential development and the plan has been or will be amended to support the residential zoning of these properties; NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City. Utah: SECTION 1.
