WHEREAS, the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, finds after public hearing that the City's interest in a portion of an alley, located between 1300 East and View Street, and between Westminster Avenue and 2100 South, described below, is not necessary for use by the public as an alley and that vacation and closure of portions of said alley will not be adverse to the general public's interest. NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City. Utah: SECTION 1. That a portion of that certain alley, which is the subject of Petition No. 400-96-32 and which is more particularly described below, be, and the same hereby is, co (ji CD CD v G) Cr, LO VACATED and declared no longer to be needed or available for use as an alley.
