WHEREAS , the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah finds, after a public hearing, that the City' s defeasible fee interest in the portions of the alleys described below, which were formally dedicated within the Capitol View Subdivision, are no longer necessary for use as public ways and that the vacation of said alleys, described below, will not be adverse to the general public 's interest. NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of Salt ' Lake City, _Utah : SECTION 1 . ALLEY VACATION.
