082 of 1986 - Vacating a portion of the south side of 9th North Street pursuant to Petition No. 400-372-85 0 86-1 P 86-281 SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE No 82 of 1986 (Vacating a portion of the south side of 9th North Street between Westpointe Circle and Starcrest Drive pursuant to Petition No. 400-372-85) AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF 9TH NORTH STREET BETWEEN WESTPOINTE CIRCLE AND STARCREST DRIVE, LOCATED IN SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH. Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City , Utah: SECTION 1. That a portion of 9th North Street between Westpointe Circle and Starcrest Drive, located in Salt Lake City, Utah, be, and the same hereby is , vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, alley , avenue or pedestrian way. SECTION 2. Said portion of the street is more particularly described as follows : That portion of the right of way of 900 North Street, Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah, Section 27, T. lN. , R. lW . , Salt Lake Base and Meridian, to be vacated , more particularly described as follows : Beginning at a point on the south right-of-way of 900 North Street as platted on Atlas Plat #44, said point being South 0* 02113" East 845. 5 feet and North 890 511 50" West 441. 63 feet from the southwest corner of the northeast quarter of Section 27, T. 1N. , R. 1W; SLB&M, a Salt Lake County Brass Cap ; thence North 870 35' 29" East 180. 177 feet; thence South 890 511 50" East 508. 0 feet ; thence South 870 161 51" East 177. 51 feet; thence North 890 511 50" West 865. 33 feet to the point of beginning . RESERVATIONS. Said vacation is expressly made: SUBJECT TO all existing rights-of-way and easements of all public utilities of any and every description now located on, in, under or over the confines of the above described real property. Also SUBJECT TO the right of entry thereon for the purposes of obtaining , altering , replacing , removing , repairing or rerouting said utilities and all of them . Said vacation is also SUBJECT TO any existing rights-of-way or easements of private third parties. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE.
