pursuant to Petition No. 400-545-87)
AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND VACATING AN ALLEY LOCATED IN SALT
LAKE CITY, UTAH.
WHEREAS, the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, finds,
after public hearing, that the City' s interest in the public
alley described below is not necessary for use by the public as
an alley and that closure and vacation of the alley with the
reservation of certain easements will not be adverse to the
general public ' s interest, nor will it relinquish or terminate
the City' s interest in the closed portion of the underlying
property, without separate documents of transfer .
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of Salt
Lake City:
SECTION 1. That a portion of the alley located north of
1078 McClelland in Lot 16, Block 17, 5 Acre Plat "A" , Big Field
Survey in Salt Lake City, Utah, which is the subject of Petition
No. 400-545-87 and which is more particularly described below,
be, and the same hereby is, VACATED and declared to no longer bey,.
