WHEREAS, in response to rezoning petition No. 400-94-48, the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah has held public hearings before its own body and before the Planning Commission, and has taken into consideration citizen testimony, filing and demographic details of the area and the Master Plan as part of its deliberation. Pursuant to these deliberations, the Council has concluded that the proposed change of zoning for a portion of Block 189, Salt Lake City Survey Plat D, is appropriate for the development of the community in that area; and THEREFORE, the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah hereby adopts the following amendments to the Use District provisions of Title 21. Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That the Use District Map, as adopted by Section 21.14.020 of the Salt Lake City Code, relating to the fixing of CD CO u7 co co boundaries of Use Districts, be, and the same hereby is, AMENDED to read as follows: Sec. 21.14.020. Boundaries of Districts --Use District Map Adopted. That the following -described parcel of real property in Salt Lake City, Utah presently zoned Residential "R-1" with the Foothill Overlay "F-1" is hereby rezoned by removing the "F-1" overlay and the Use District Map is amended accordingly: Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 3, Block 189, Salt Lake City Survey Plat D, located in Section 30, Township 1 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian; and thence running east 42 feet; thence north 17.83 feet; thence south 89° east 61.13 feet; thence south 84° east 62.22 feet; thence south 226.81 feet; thence west 41.25 feet; thence south 110 feet; thence west 123.75 feet; thence north 330 feet to the point of beginning. --eP 9/1f(fr SECTION 2.
