SAID 14-FOOT ALLEY RUNS NORTH FROM UNION AVENUE (900 SOUTH) AT APPROXIMATELY 1250 WEST BETWEEN 1200 AND 1300 WEST IN SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH. WHEREAS, the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, finds that the City's defeasible fee interest in the alley described below, which was formally dedicated within the Second Burlington Addition Subdivision is no longer necessary for use as a public alleyway and that the vacation of said alley described below will not be adverse to the general public's interest. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. An alley located in the Second Burlington Addition Subdivision, running north from Union Avenue (900 South) at approximately 1250 West (being 148 feet east of 1300 West), which is the subject of Petition No. 261, more particuarly described below, be, and the same hereby is VACATED and declared no longer to be needed or available for public use as a public alley: Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 38, Second Burlington Addition Subdivision, a subdivision of Salt Lake City, more particularly a part of the northwest quarter of Section 11, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base & Meridian; thence East 14 feet; thence /d South 147 feet; thence West 14 feet; thence North 147 feet to the point of beginning. Said vacation is EXPRESSLY SUBJECT TO all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every description now located on, in, under, or over the confines of the above-described property, and also SUBJECT TO the rights of entry thereon for the purpose of obtaining, altering, replacing, remov- ing, repairing, or rerouting said utilities and all of them. Said vacation is also subject to any existing o rights of way or easements of private third parties. SECTION 2.
