RESOLUTION NO. 1 OF 19 84
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION
AND
UTAH STATE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, Title 11, Chapter 13, U.C.A., 1953 as amended,
allows public entities to enter into cooperative agreements to
provide joint undertakings and services; and
WHEREAS, the attached agreement has been prepared to
accomplish said purposes;
THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
1. It does hereby approve the attached agreement caenerally
described as follows:
Grant Agreement with Utah Department of Social Services for
Community Development Block Grant Funding
2. Ted L. Wilson, Mayor of Salt Lake City, Utah, is hereby
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Salt Lake City
Corporation and to act in accordance with its terms.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 3rd day of. 7anuary . 1984.
