RESOLUTION NO. 110 OF 1984
AUTHORIZINC THE EXECUTION OF AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION
AND
BOUNTIFUL CITY
WHEREAS, Title 11, Chapter 13, U.C.A., 1953 as amended,
allows public entities to enter into cooperative agreements to
provide joint undertakings and services; and
WHEREAS, the attached agreement has been prepared to
accomplish said purposes;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVFD by the City Council of Galt Lake
City, Utah:
1. It does hereby approve the attached agreement generally
described as follows:
An agreement providing for Salt Lake City to loan to
Bountiful City a 24-inch corrugated steel pipe for flood
control purposes.
2. Ted L. Wilson, Mayor of Salt Lake City, Utah, is hereby
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Salt Lake City
Corporation and to act in accordance with its terms.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 6th day of November , 1984.
