RESOLUTION NO. 112 OF 1984
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
INTERLOCAL COOPFR.ATION AGREEMENT
BFTWEEN SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION
AND
WEST VALLEY CITY
WHEREAS, Title 11, Chapter 13, U.C.A.., 1953 as amended,
allows public entities to enter into cooperative agreements to
provide joint undertakings and services; and
WHEREAS, the attached agreement has been prepared to
accomplish said purposes;
THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
1. It does hereby approve the attached agreement generally
described as follows:
An Agreement with West Valley City for fire dispatch
services, including both fire and emergency medical by Salt
Lake City Fire Department.
2. Ted L. Wilson, Mayor of Salt Lake City, Utah, is hereby
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Salt Lake City
Corporation and to act in accordance with its terms.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 6th day of November 1984.
