RESOLUTION NO. 113 OF 1984
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION
AND
UTAH HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY
WHEREAS, Title 11, Chapter 13, U.C.A., 1953, as amended,
allows public entities to enter into cooperative agreements to
provide joint undertakings and services; and
WHEREAS, the attached agreement has been prepared to
accomplish said purposes;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
1. It does hereby approve the attached agreement generally
described as follows:
This agreement is to provide and finance public
improvements in conjunction with City Improve-
ment District No. 40-R-6.
2. Ted L. Wilson, Mayor of Salt Lake City, Utah, is hereby
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Salt Lake City
Corporation and to act in accordance with its terms.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
6th day of November , 1984.
