115 of 1987 - Grant Agreement with US Department of Housing and Urban Development RESOLUTION NO. 115 OF 1987
APPROVING A GRANT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION
AND THE U. S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, Title 11, Chapter 13 , Utah Code Ann. , 1953 , as
amended, allows public entities to enter into agreements for joint
and cooperative action; and
WHEREAS, the attached agreement has been prepared to
accomplish said purpose;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Salt Lake
City, Utah;
1. It does hereby approve the attached agreement generally
described as follows:
An agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development providing the 1987-88
Rental Rehabilitation Program entitlement amount to Salt Lake
Corporation.
2. Palmer A. DePaulis, Mayor of Salt Lake City, Utah, is
hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement on behalf of
Salt Lake City Corporation.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
8th day of September , 1987.
