RESOLUTION NO. 130 of 1985
(AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT AMENDMENT
BETWEEN SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION
AND THE STATE JUDICIAL COUNCIL)
WHEREAS, Title 11, Chapter 13, U.C.A., 1953, as amended,
allows public entities to enter into cooperative agreements to
provide joint undertakings and services; and
WHEREAS, the attached agreement amendment has been prepared
to accomplish said purposes;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
1. It does hereby approve the attached agreement amendment
generally described as follows:
An amendment to the agreement of September 27, 1983,
renewing Contract No. 84-0417 with the State Judicial
Council and adding certain addendums.
2. Palmer A. DePaulis, Mayor of Salt Lake City, Utah, is
hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Salt
Lake City Corporation and to act in accordance with its terms.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
8th day of October , 1985.
