RESOLUTION NO. 131 of 1985
(AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION
SALT LAKE COUNTY)
WHEREAS, Title 11, Chapter 13, U.C.A., 1953, as amended,
allows public entities to enter into cooperative agreements to
provide joint undertakings and services; and
WHEREAS, the attached agreement amendmend has been prepared
to accomplish said purposes;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
1. It does hereby approve the attached agreement amendment
generally described as follows:
An amendment to the agreement of April, 17, 1985,
wherein certain City provided work items will be reim-
bursed by the County. This will effect a reduction in
the sum of money to be paid to the County by the City.
2. Palmer A. DePaulis, Mayor of Salt Lake City, Utah, is
hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Salt
Lake City Corporation and to act in accordance with its terms.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
8th day of October , 1985.
