RE: MOTION SHEET: Ordinance: Updating practices regarding donations to the City
MOTION 1 – ADOPT
I move that the Council suspend the rules and adopt the ordinance updating Salt Lake City Corporation’s
practices regarding donations to the City, with the following changes: keep section 3.60.140 B regarding reports
to the City Council for donations requiring donation agreements, and also add a new report prior to any waiver
being issued.
MOTION 2 – NOT ADOPT
I move that the Council not adopt the proposed ordinance and proceed to the next agenda item.
