BOX 145476, SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH 84114-5476 SLCCOUNCIL.COM TEL 801-535-7600 FAX 801-535-7651 MOTION SHEET CITY COUNCIL of SALT LAKE CITY TO:City Council Members FROM: Brian Fullmer Policy Analyst DATE:November 22, 2022 RE: 856 West 1300 South Zoning Map Amendment PLNPCM2022-00009 MOTION 1 (adopt) I move that the Council adopt the ordinance with a requirement that the petitioner enter a development agreement with the following conditions as outlined in the ordinance: •Development of the property shall be for residential use only •The maximum height of structures on the property shall not exceed two and a half stories and 30 feet •Development of the property shall include at least one parking space for each dwelling unit •Development of the property shall not exceed 60% lot coverage •All dwelling units shall include at least three bedrooms. MOTION 2 (reject) I move that the Council reject the petition.
