098 of 1984 - Interlocal Agreement with SLC and SLCo R 84-1
RESOLUTION NO. 98 OF 1984
AUTHORIZING THE. EXECUTION OF AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION
AND
SALT LAKE COUNTY
WHEREAS, Title 11, Chapter 13, U.C.A., 1953 as amended,
allows public entities to enter into cooperative agreements to
provide joint undertakinas and services; and
WHEREAS, the attached agreement has been prepared to
accomplish said purposes;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
1. It does hereby approve the attached agreement generally
described as follows:
An Agreement for cost sharing between City and County for
construction of Storm Drain System located at 2700 South.
2. Ted L. Wilson, Mayor of Salt Lake City, Utah, is hereby
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Salt Lake City
Corporation and to act in accordance with its terms.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 18th day of September , 1984.
