I-4: “Lockhart Alley” Reconstructing Three Sections ($208,373 from General Fund Balance to CIP Fund) MOTION 4 – CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING I move that the Council close the public hearing and refer the item to a future date for action. MOTION 5 – CONTINUE PUBLIC HEARING I move that the Council continue the public hearing to a future date. MOTION 6 – CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING and NOT ADOPT I move that the Council close the public hearing and proceed to the next agenda item.
