MOTION 1— ADOPT ORDINANCE
I move that the Council adopt the ordinance approving a $1oo,000 loan for Leavity LLC,
from the Economic Development Loan Fund.
MOTION 2 — NOT ADOPT
I move that the Council not adopt the ordinance, and to proceed to the next agenda item.
