MOTION 1 – CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING
I move that the Council close the public hearing and refer the item to a future date for action.
MOTION 2 – CONTINUE PUBLIC HEARING
I move that the Council continue the public hearing to a future date.
MOTION 3 – CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING AND ADOPT ITEMS
I move that the Council close the public hearing and adopt an ordinance amending the Consolidated Fee
Schedule for Fiscal Year 2024 related to lane and sidewalk closure fees.
MOTION 4 – CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING AND NOT ADOPT
I move that the Council close the public hearing and proceed to the next agenda item.
