MOTION 1- DEFER ACTION
I move that the Council defer action to a future date.
Staff note: this resolution relates to item A-r in Budget Amendment #3 which has a public hearing
earlier in the agenda and a separate budget ordinance vote. On December 12, the Administration sent
a memo with a modified proposal for item A-1. Deferring action is in keeping with the Council's future
consideration of the related item in BudgetAmendment #g.
